Product Introduction
YT series stone quarry machine, is a new asynchronous motor export series type. It has double blades with cut holes, which can reduce self weight, reduce load and reduce power loss by about 40% and cooling on place and avoiding deformation. Its main advantages are: small clearance, less wear, no vibration, stable structure of the whole machine, high cutting precision, greatly improve the service life of the blade head.
① The main motor adopts high-efficiency asynchronous AC motor, which has low energy consumption, low heat generation and extended service life.
② Wide cutting speed range. The rotation speed of blades of different sizes can be adjusted freely. Large starting torque and large overload capacity.
③ Use a special frequency converter to prevent lightning strikes and electromagnetic interference. It can sense the hardness of a stone by monitoring electrical current.
④ The touch screen function has been upgraded to automatically and stably adjust the cutting speed. Reduce mechanical impact load and wear, stabilize sawing, and greatly improve mining efficiency.
