The stone crushing production line-also known as a sand and gravel or crushed stone production line-primarily consists of equipment such as a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and a centralized electrical control system.
Typically, the jaw crusher serves as the primary (coarse) crushing unit, while an impact crusher or cone crusher handles secondary and fine crushing; a vibrating screen is used for material grading. The design capacity generally ranges from 50 to 800 tons per hour. To meet specific product specifications and environmental standards, the line can be equipped with additional machinery such as cone crushers and dust removal systems. This production line is capable of processing various raw materials, including limestone, river pebbles, basalt, and granite. If there are stricter requirements regarding the shape and gradation of the final product, an impact crusher (also known as a sand-making machine) can be added for shaping and sand production.
